How do I place an order?
Please send me a message through the "Place your ideas here!" form on this page explaining the menu items you’d like and/or your specific request(s). I will contact you by email to learn more about your desires.
What happens next?
Once I receive your message describing the specifics of the content you’re requesting, I will reach out through email to chat with you and confirm all the details.
Afterward I’ll provide you with a price, send you a Square payment link, and inform you as soon as your payment is received.
Then I’ll send you a confirmation message thanking you for your purchase and stating how long you can expect to wait for your request(s). Before you know it, I’ll email your content or DropBox link(s) to access your media!
When can I expect to receive my content?
Most orders will be received upon request or within 48 hours. For live requests, you and I will discuss a specific time to schedule your unique experience.
The maximum wait time for custom content is two weeks. This duration covers the time it would take to create more specific requests. You will be updated consistently by email throughout the design of your wishes.
Will you provide updates during the creation of my content?
Yes! No matter how long your order takes, we’ll stay connected via email, and I’ll keep you updated at every step until your order is delivered to your inbox.
How can I access my content?
You’ll receive your order(s) via email. For media, I'll upload it to Dropbox and email you the link(s).
How can I pay for my content?
Payment for your order(s) is required upfront and due at the end of our chat discussing your request(s). Please have your payment method ready as I will send you a Square payment link immediately following our conversation.
Once our conversation about your request(s) concludes, I'll email you a Square payment link for your entire order total. Your request(s) will be itemized in the product description.
This is the only method of payment. Please watch out for scammers.
The charge will appear on your statement as ‘Synnsationnal.' You do not need an account to use the Square payment link.
After receiving your payment, I'll provide you a confirmation message with the expected delivery time of your order(s).
There are NO REFUNDS.
What if there's an issue with my order?
Don't hesitate to share any concerns you may have. If ever you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I will provide only one free "do-over" and remake your content.
